Refund Policy
1.1 General Rule
All fees paid to EuNodes ("Company," "we," "us") for hosting, server, domain, or related services are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Section 1.
1.2 Exception — Company-Caused Failures
A refund (in whole or in part, at the Company's sole discretion) may be issued only where the Company determines, in its sole judgment, that:
(a) the Company failed to deliver the paid service due to an error, outage, or fault directly attributable to the Company's infrastructure or personnel; and
(b) the failure was not caused, in whole or in part, by the Customer, a third party, or a Force Majeure Event (as defined in Section [X]).
1.3 No Refund Circumstances
For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be issued where the service disruption, dissatisfaction, or cancellation results from, including but not limited to:
(a) Customer misconfiguration, misuse, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy;
(b) actions or omissions of the Customer or its authorized users;
(c) third-party software, plugins, or scripts installed by the Customer;
(d) DDoS attacks, hacking, or compromise not resulting from Company negligence;
(e) scheduled maintenance disclosed in advance;
(f) Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power grid failures, upstream provider outages, or governmental action;
(g) Customer's change of mind, non-use of the service, or early termination for convenience;
(h) suspension or termination of the account due to violation of these Terms.
1.4 Claim Procedure
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to [support/billing email] within 2 days of the incident giving rise to the claim, including a description of the issue and supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this period are waived.
1.5 Sole Remedy
Where a refund is granted under Section 1.2, it shall constitute the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for the incident in question, and the Company shall have no further liability arising from that incident.
1.6 Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of
